Your compensation plan seems unbelievable. How can you pay such high fees compared to your competitors?
We believe that the old ways of operating a real estate company are broken. They are loaded down with unnecessary space, inefficient systems, and more staff than they need. This costs them thousands upon thousands of dollars in wasted expense that you as their associates pay for. Our unique "Space Sharing System", streamlined processing, and cost effective "One Location Processing" gets rid of the waste so we can pass the savings on to you, our associate brokers.

This seems so new and uncharted. How do I know you will be a long-term player?
We have enjoyed over 5 years as the fastest growing and most successful real estate company in Colorado. If that is not enough, our system has been tested and proven successful for many years in other markets including Phoenix, Los Angeles, and Tampa. Although we are not franchised to any of these other companies, we are fortunate to be able to apply their experiences and wisdom to the successful operation of this new type of real estate company.

With such high associate commissions, how much support should I expect?
We have four full time owners and managers with a combined real estate experience of over 75 years. With our "Broker on Demand" system, complete training program, and state-of-the-art facilities, we believe our support is second to none.

What hidden fees do you have?
None. We do not charge technology fees, extra E & O fees, per copy or per fax fees, or any other extra fees. If we wanted to profit from these items we would have opened a Kinko's franchise.

Do you overcharge and take kickbacks from suppliers of signs, services, and marketing materials?
No. Unlike most companies, our associates purchase all signs, services, and marketing materials at actual cost.

Do you require your associates to charge clients a processing fee over and above the commission?
No. Unlike many companies that require you to get an additional $200 per transaction from your client or pay it yourself, we have none of these extra fees. We do not believe in these types of gimmicks to extract more money for the company. Instead, we believe you should negotiate a fair brokerage fee for your professional services.

What about E & O Insurance? Do you have a yearly overcharge or an extra per transaction charge?
No. Most companies that have these charges have simply turned E & O Insurance into another profit center at your expense. Your state-required E & O insurance will transfer to us when you do.

Without having my own desk, how will I be assured of a workspace when I need one?
Think about it. How often do you walk into your office and see a sea of vacant desks, with only a handful of associates actually working there? Again, this is the beauty of our unique "Space Sharing system." Since all of you do not work at the same time, why have so much vacant space, which you end up paying for? Our expansion and satellite work center systems have been carefully planned to insure that there will always be enough space available for the number of associates who will actually be using the facilities at any given time.

Will I be pressured to use your in-house lender, title company and other affiliates?
No. We will never pressure you to use our in-house services. This frees you to make the best choices for your business and for your clients.

Will you pressure us to attend sales meetings and training sessions?
Of course not. You are an independent contractor. Our motto is "Real Estate Freedom." Many of our associates enjoy attending our meetings and feel they are a valuable support to their business. However, if you prefer not to attend some or all of our meetings, that's OK. You will still be treated with the same respect as everyone else in our company.
