We offer two types of training:
- New Agent and Refresher Courses that are practical, current, and hands-on. These courses cover the state of the industry, prospecting and marketing techniques, agency and legal issues, contracts and documents, working with buyers, effective listing presentations, business and marketing plan development, and strategies for success.
- Four-hour accredited training on current topics. We'll bring specific seminars into the office several times a month based on your input - just tell us what you want to know more about. Topics include mandatory commission update, water management issues, closing the problem property, advanced financing, investment properties including the 1031 Exchange, Title Insurance issues, and more.
